In multicompany, is there a module to set mandatorily a default company (the company the user is working for) on product form and hide it to the user ?

In a multicompany environment, does anybody know a community module allowing to make company field mandatory on product form, set the default to the company of the user session and hide the field to the user ? The aim is to be sure that when a user is creating a new product, this product is created and attached exclusively to the good company, the company the user is working for. To be sure to avoid mistakes, the field should be hidden to the user. If you have any idea of an existing module to answer part of all this need, please let me know :) Thanks in advance ! Pierre
