How to change company report?

Hi Folks, I'm currently reviewing Firstly, I've found the problem where the default RML doesn't allow the country field to be filled in otherwise it comes back with a size error. In addition to fixing the country problem, I'd like the change the reports to match my current stationary layout, but when I try to open the company report via the OpenOffice plugin, I just get and empty document back. Please can someone tell me how I change the default company report? Thanks, Andy
